The delicious contents of your plate will come from two sources: Domaine de Graux and La Table d'Amélie! For starters, the vegetables you'll be able to enjoy will have been grown by Armand, the master market gardener at Graux. They will have been harvested the same day, and will end up in the Domaine's kitchen.
In the kitchen, Amélie and her team have concocted some delicious recipes, made exclusively from local, seasonal, and mostly organic ingredients! Amélie's team will be based at our camp in Graux for the duration of Chemin 28, taking care of our meals. Three of the four meals will be vegetarian; Friday evening's meal will feature a few pieces of Angus beef, raised and fed in Graux. We invite you to enjoy these dishes mindfully, with the expert guidance of Thomas Legrand.
Evening meals only will be (moderately) accompanied by wines from Domaine de Lowas and local beers from Brasserie Brunehaut.
