Supporting tomorrow's leaders
We support corporate decision-makers in their inner development through profound and transformative experiences that enable them to achieve conscious leadership.
Our purpose: To engage leaders in conscious decision-making that cares for life by reconnecting with themselves, others, and the planet.

Our purpose

A dual mission
E&T's mission is to connect leaders and create conditions conducive to the emergence of collective dynamics (catalyst role / Interact), where inner development becomes a lever for transforming organizations in the service of life (experience organizer role / Act).
Immersive experiences
We offer seminars and workshops for business leaders in French-speaking Belgium, designed to bring about real changes in perspective and support conscious leadership. On the one hand, there is Chemin 28, a 48-hour immersive experience (Belgium and Switzerland); on the other, there is the IDG Summit Brussels, which is being developed jointly.
Connection with living things
By encouraging practices such as mindfulness and connecting with non-human life, we create an environment conducive to profound personal transformation.
Interior development
We use the Inner Development Goals framework to help individuals and organizations evolve towards conscious leadership. Hub 28 (the official IDG hub in French-speaking Belgium) brings together participants from Chemin 28 to stimulate the exchange of best practices.
E&T
Founded in 2021, the non-profit organization E&T is managed by a Board of Directors composed of nine members.
This body approves mandates and advises on the activities of the non-profit organization.

Discover our White Paper on Inner Development in the workplace
At the invitation of Entrepreneurship & Transition, journalist Charlotte Dekoker (Samedi Premiรจre - RTBF) examined the contents of the white paper published on internal development in companies.
This white paper is specifically intended for leaders who want to transform their companies to meet the socio-ecological challenges of the 21st century.
And in audio format, this content is even easier to understand, as it will be echoed in Chemin 28
