1. Leadership workshops
IDGs - Empathy & compassion
Paola Adurno and Ana Simar propose a focus on empathy and compassion, for a paradigm shift towards common well-being. The aim? To explore a different vision of leadership and ways of being at work that care for life within and around us.
Through a theoretical overview, open dialogue and practical exercises, you'll learn to feel and think about the benefits of an "intelligence of the heart", so you can interact more effectively in your relationships at work and beyond.

Sturdiness
Today, we can all see that socio-ecological disruption is no longer a prediction, but our daily lives, punctuated by multiple crises that some see as different facets of a systemic metacrisis.
Through the concept of robustness, Olivier Hamant (speaker at Chemin 28 2023) proposes reconnecting with nature and how it works, in order to better cope with the fluctuating world we face.
This workshop will enable each participant to grasp the concept of robustness and put it into practice within the limits of the system. During the workshop, participants will choose a system as their working laboratory, and will have the opportunity to question how this system works, through the prism of robustness.

Relationship to money & source
Every entrepreneur knows that financial flows within and around the company are crucial to its creation, development and even survival. What is less well known is the extent to which these flows reflect the entrepreneur's inner evolution. Behind the tables, the financial indicators, the expert opinions, lies an intimate relationship with money.
This relationship is crucial to the entrepreneurial adventure, yet more often than not it remains under our radar. What if we were to take a look at how your unconscious relationship with money affects your business? How do financial flows reflect your intimate relationship with money? In a context of transition, how can cash flow serve your business and not the other way around?
Peter Koenig invites us to explore our (unconscious) projections about money in order to support our (conscious) choices for a transitional, more regenerative and circular economy. This process leads us to stay in tune with our "source" - the project that drives us to meet our needs and those of the world - and to create enriching collaborations with others and the planet... with and without money!
In this spirit, far from a theoretical presentation, I offer you a truly immersive experience at the heart of your relationship with money, a source of unsuspected discoveries of your singular identity.

Archetypes & Leadership
Discover a new approach aimed at bringing together the best of directive and collaborative models to reconcile growth & alignment.
After an introduction and group discussion, you'll be guided through a series of exercises based on four archetypes, to develop your emotional agility and "androgynous" (directive/collaborative) leadership skills.
You'll work (solo, in pairs or in a group) on connecting to your source/vision, your grounding and clarity, your ability to set clear limits and actions, while caring for others.

Resources and desires for new
As a "healer of souls," Marina Lhomme trained in Eriksonian hypnosis. Our guest will share her expertise with half a dozen business leaders participating in Chemin 28 register in advance. The invitation will be to reflect on the sacrifices and losses that must be made in one's entrepreneurial project, an essential step in identifying one's inner resources and rediscovering the desire for something new.

2. Nature connection workshops
Roots in the dark
Blindfolded, you are guided to a seat around a table of eight participants. You are then invited to experience the sensory experience of taste, before deciding who is ready to explore their own roots. Together, you engage in an experience of deep listening and re-hierarchization of your senses, perceptions and interpretations.
In the space of a good hour, this moving journey questions what matters, between the visible and the invisible. A particularly powerful approach to grasping the full dimension of the theme Chemin 28 "at the roots of the economy of life."

Bio-Leadership
As a prelude to his talk at the end of the afternoon, you'll be treated to a guided tour of the Domaine de Graux with Andres Roberts. This regular of the Scottish Highlands will explain how a company manager can be inspired by all the components of the non-human living world - in particular, the abundance of plant life at Graux. He will be supported in French by the expertise of Priscille Cazin.

Edibles from Graux
Thomas Legrand is not just a technical advisor to the UNDP's Alliance for Conscious Food Systems, he is also an expert on living ecosystems. Combining ecology and spiritual wisdom, he enjoys considering the interactions between our planet and the cosmos. During Chemin 28, he invites you to accompany him through the aisles of the Graux vegetable garden to meet Armand, the local market gardener: get your hands dirty, observe what is happening there, and harvest the produce that will soon be on our plates.

3. Artistic and physical expression workshops
Sound journey
The sound journey is an experience of introspection and exploration of consciousness through listening to high-vibration sounds created by ancestral instruments. In this experience, the participant accesses dimensions of consciousness that release physical and emotional tensions, leading to states of deep relaxation.
Encountering sacred sounds is an opportunity to look within and receive messages from the source that can guide personal growth.

Vibration and interiority
His cello is a veritable sounding board for our inner vibrations. Composer and virtuoso, Jean-Paul Dessy is not only a remarkable musician: with a few choice words and silence, he invites us to listen to that part of ourselves which can be better for the world. One hour, just to recharge the eternal interiority of the present moment.

Jean-Paul Dessy
Body and mindfulness
Throughout Chemin 28, Jean-Gérard Bloch and Anne-Valérie will be the guardians of inner peace and mindfulness. An approach that is easy to access, even for beginners, which Jean-Gérard has adapted from the teachings of John Kabat-Zinn and refined by the French Institute of Mindfulness and Meditation (IFPCM).
Those wishing to deepen their practice of sitting and walking meditation will be able to do so every morning between 7 and 8 o'clock. No prior registration necessary. Zafus and meditation mats will be provided.
In addition, Jean-Gérard and Anne-Valérie will be leading an hour-long "ressourcement bien-être" session on Friday after lunch: a practice of centering and self-massaging the body, which feels really good!

Yoga
The word 'yoga' comes from the Sanskrit word 'Yug,' meaning union. This powerful art helps us reconnect our souls to our bodies and minds. This practice has transformed Eline Lonchay's vision and brought her countless benefits. Driven by the desire to share what her masters had wisely passed on to her, Eline decided to become a teacher.
In 2018, during her world tour, Eline trained in Hatha Yoga for 200 hours in Bali. In June 2024, she completed a further 200-hour certification in Hatha Yoga, under the guidance of Kay Lipman, deepening her practice and understanding of this ancient art.
Yoga sessions are scheduled between 7 and 8 a.m. every morning at Chemin 28. No registration is required. Yoga mats will be provided; please wear appropriate clothing.

Workshop 'somatic integration (group / Saturday)
Our rational, mental reflections are the tip of the iceberg. Even if it's unbeknownst to us, most of our life is led by the part of the iceberg submerged in water: our subconscious. Today, we know that this subconscious expresses itself through the body. The body never lies. Mental reflections help us evolve, but our ability to truly embody more conscious and powerful leadership depends on what we integrate through the body.
Through intuitive movement and dance presencing techniques, Aline Stukkens and Emilie Sickinghe will guide us in deeply integrating the lessons learned in Chemin 28, so that we can truly incorporate them into our daily leadership.
